Cilia Smith has joined New England Construction as sales manager. Her responsibilities will include building and maintaining good customer relationships and creating new business opportunities. Since 1998, she had been network systems analyst at Electro Standards Laboratories in Cranston, where she provided consulting services and developed networking solutions. Smith is a Massachusetts chapter member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties. She is also a member of the Cranston, Greater Providence, Northern Rhode Island, Fall River, Mass. and New Bedford, Mass. Chambers of Commerce. She graduated from St. Joseph’s College in Lisbon, Portugal, where she studied foreign languages.
