Kevin M. Blanchette has joined New England Construction of Rumford as chief estimator. He will establish and implement estimating and purchasing systems and procedures for the company’s newly formed estimating division. He previously served as senior estimator at Walsh Brothers of Cambridge, Massachusetts. Blanchette earned his bachelor’s degree in construction science and an associate’s degree in civil engineering with a minor in business administration at Roger Williams College in Bristol.
