Philip P. Cox has joined New England Construction as designer. He will be responsible for building design projects within the firm’s design division. He previously was director of construction management at Kinoo, Inc. of Cambridge, Massachusetts, where he was designer and construction manager for Rhode Island National Guard construction projects at Quonset Point. Cox is an associate member of the American Institute of Architects and holds a Rhode Island building license and a Massachusetts construction supervisor’s license. He earned his bachelor’s degree in architecture at the College of Technology, Dublin, Ireland in 1986.
