Leo J. Hudon has been promoted to director of field operations at New England Construction of Rumford. He will oversee superintendents, carpenters and other trades personnel to ensure they are properly staffed and equipped for each of the company’s construction projects. He will also continue to serve as safety director, responsible for ongoing safety education and support, and to manage construction projects for the company. Hudon was formerly employed as superintendent and project manager at Weststar Associates, Inc. He earned his associate’s degree in small business administration from Dean Junior College in Franklin, Massachusetts and studied construction technology at the Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston, Mass.
