PROVIDENCE – Creative:Interactive Inc. plans to expand its product offerings to include digital video production services starting early next year.
Ian Bohorquez, the eight-year-old Web-design firm’s founder and president, said Creative:Interactive has always been able to do basic video editing and Web video, but “now we’ll also be capable of shooting in high-definition and producing videos from storyboard to final cut, for Web, broadcast or DVD.”

The company expects to hire a videographer by the end of January who also has experience as a writer, director and documentarian.
Bohorquez said the decision to offer full-fledged video production services came after it was requested by an increasing number of Creative:Interactive’s clients.
“It’s become an almost required component of an organization’s marketing communications,” he said. “Improving our video services will create more value for our clients, and that’s our goal.”
