Cynthia J. Morra has been promoted to vice president/branch manager of the Citizens Bank on Hope Street in Providence. She most recently was assistant vice president/ branch manager at the same branch. Morra joined Citizens in 1998 as assistant vice president/branch manager of the bank’s branch on Waterman Street in Providence. Morra has a Bachelor of Science in business management from CCRI. She lives in Warwick.
