Cynthia S. Reed has been appointed to the board of trustees for OceanPoint Financial Partners MHC, and to the board of directors of OceanPoint subsidiary BankNewport. Reed currently serves as president and CEO of Providence investment and consulting firm LTR Holdings LLC, which she founded in 2001. She is also a board member of several other organizations, including the Rhode Island Foundation. •
