Dagma M. Colon has joined the Renaissance Providence Hotel as director of services. She was most recently executive housekeeping manager at the 367-room Sheraton Ferncroft Hotel in Danvers, Mass., where she managed the daily operations of the housekeeping and laundry department. She has a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from Framingham State College in Framingham, Mass.
