Damaris R. Betances has been promoted to sales manager for the Renaissance Providence Hotel.
Previously an executive assistant at Renaissance Providence Hotel, she has also worked as group sales coordinator at the Hilton Boston/Dedham.
Betances, who is fluent in Spanish, has worked in the hospitality industry since her graduation from Johnson & Wales University in 2005 with a B.S. in international hotel and tourism management.
