Daniel Braun has been named director of food and beverage at Castle Hill Inn & Resort. He will be responsible for all food service positions, maintaining and enhancing all service standards, and working with the executive chef and corporate beverage director on the menu and beverage programs. Previously, Braun served as the director of food and beverage for the Grand Del Mar Resort in San Diego supervising a 180-member team. •
