David Bagley has been named vice president-operations for Providence-based Uncas Manufacturing Company. He is responsible for oversight of the company’s manufacturing operation as well as directing inventory control, engineering, costing and quality assurance. Bagley has been with the company for over 25 years, holding various positions of increasing responsibility within the production & inventory control area.
