David K. Arnold II, director of executive compensation in human resources at Citizens Bank in Providence has been promoted to senior vice president. He most recently was vice president in the same position. Arnold joined Citizens in 2002 from Wachovia Corporation in North Carolina where he was vice president/compensation manager. He has a bachelor’s degree from Presbyterian College in North Carolina and lives in Cumberland.
