David Marquis has been reappointed president of ChemArt. Marquis first joined ChemArt in 1994 as operations manager and served as president from 1999 to 2010. He holds a B.A. from Bryant University and an MBA from the University of Rhode Island. Marquis is an active member of the Rhode Island Manufacturing Extension Service and the Rhode Island Manufacturers Association. •
