David Philhower of Lincoln has been named manager of Amica Mutual Insurance Company’s new quality assurance department. A graduate of Montclair State University in New Jersey, Philhower began working for Amica in 1984 as an associate underwriter. He earned his Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter professional designation in 1991.
