David R. Prengaman

David R. Prengaman has been re-elected to serve as chairman of the state of R.I. Board of Examination and Registration of Architects. He has 26 years of experience as an architect and is currently a principal at Vision 3 Architects. Additionally, Prengaman serves as secretary/treasurer of the New England Council of Architectural Registration Boards. He holds a B.Arch. and B.S. from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. &#8226
