David S. Anderson has been promoted to executive vice president of Citizens Financial Group Inc. in Providence. He recently held the position of senior vice president and corporate controller. Anderson joined the bank in 1995. He received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan and his master’s degree from Wayne State University in Michigan. He lives in Lincoln.
