David T. Boutelle has been named vice president and branch manager of Webster Bank’s new Coventry Crossing branch. Prior to joining Webster, Boutelle was a vice president for Domestic Bank in Johnston and also served as branch manager for Citizens Bank in Richmond. Boutelle attended the University of Rhode Island and New England College of Finance. •
