Dean W. Martineau has been appointed general manager of Amos House Builds, a unit of Amos House’s business arm, Amos House Works. Martineau will be responsible for overseeing remodeling projects and will manage graduates of the Amos Carpentry Training program. He brings 22 years of experience to his new role. •
