Debbie Palumbo has been named professional-development trainer for the Northeast at Fellowship Health Resources Inc.’s David L. Taton Learning Institute. Palumbo first worked for FHR from 1990 to 1998 and returns to the company after working in the health and human services department at Bristol Community College. She brings to her role more than 20 years of experience in mental-health counseling. •
