Deborah L. Dion has been appointed senior vice president – systems at Fall River-based Citizens-Union Savings Bank. She is responsible for the direction and management of information technology. She previously worked at Compass Bank as manager of the systems group. Dion received a bachelor’s degree from Roger Williams University. She is also a graduate of the Massachusetts School for Financial Studies and BAI School of Bank Operations and Technology. Dion lives in East Freetown, Mass.
