Deborah Perlingiero-Mongeau has been appointed vice president and branch manager for Fleet Bank’s Middletown branch. She is responsible for retail banking, business development and operations of the branch. Perlingiero-Mongeau joined the bank in 1979, holding various positions of increasing responsibility, most recently as assistant vice president. She serves on the Newport County Chamber of Commerce education committee. She is a member of the Norman Bird Sanctuary and the Food Allergy & Anaphylaxis Network. Perlingiero-Mongeau is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University.
