Deborah Perlingiero-Mongeau has been appointed vice president/branch manager of Citizens Bank’s Cowesett branch in Warwick. She previously held the position of vice president/manager of the Middletown branch of Fleet Bank. Perlingiero-Mongeau is a member of the Food Allergy & Anaphylaxis Network of Fairfax, Va. and serves on the Capital Campaign Cabinet at St. Philomena School in Portsmouth. She volunteers for the United Way of Southeastern New England. Perlingiero-Mongeau lives in Middletown.
