Debra Girard has been promoted to events & film coordinator for the Newport County Convention & Visitors Bureau. Her duties include overseeing the company’s efforts in the development of special events and festivals throughout Newport County. She will also work to promote Newport County as a destination for films, commercials, catalog shoots and related media. Girard previously held the position of marketing assistant. She is a resident of Newport.
