Dennis A. Devine has been named group executive vice president and director of retail banking for the U.S. retail banking division at Citizens Financial Group. Devine will oversee more than 1,500 traditional and in-store Citizens Bank and Charter One branches throughout its 12-state retail footprint in the Midwest, New England and the Mid-Atlantic. Devine has a B.A. from the University of Michigan and a J.D. from Harvard Law School. •
