Devin B. Haughey has been named chief operations manager at DeCotis Insurance Associates Inc. Haughey is responsible for the general management and operations of the company. He has more than 15 years of commercial and personal lines insurance experience. Haughey is a licensed property and casualty, excess and surplus insurance broker.
