Diane Y. Baxter has been promoted to senior project manager at GZA GeoEnvironmental. Baxter has been with the firm since 2000, when she joined as a geotechnical engineer. She holds a B.S. from Tufts University, an M.S. from Purdue University and a PhD. from Virginia Tech – all in civil engineering. In addition, Baxter is a registered professional engineer and a LEED-accredited professional. •
