Donna C. Callahan has been named executive director of Employer Support of the Guard in Rhode Island, a U.S. Department of Defense organization that provides liaison services to members of the National Guard and Reserves and their civilian employers.
She has several years’ experience in human resources management.
Callahan has a bachelor of science degree in communications from Fitchburg State College, in Fitchburg, Mass.
