Doug Jobling has been chosen as the Northern Rhode Island regional director for the R.I. Small Business Development Center at Johnson & Wales University. He was the founding state director of the original R.I. SBDC. Jobling earned his undergraduate degree from Nasson College in Maine, an MBA from Bryant University and a master’s degree in urban affairs from Boston University.
