Dr. Fareeha Siddiqui has joined the Hudner Oncology Center at Saint Anne’s Hospital as a hematologist/medical oncologist. She recently completed a hematology/oncology fellowship with a focus on palliative care at the Medical College of Wisconsin. She is a graduate of a five-year program in medicine and surgery at the Aga Khan University, Karachi, Pakistan. She completed her internal medicine residency at the University of Illinois at Chicago.
