Dr. William B. Balcom, an orthopedist, has joined Saint Anne’s Hospital in Fall River, Mass. He was recently named director of total joint arthroplasty for Caritas Christi Health Care. Balcom is board-certified in orthopedic surgery and has a medical degree from Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine. He has completed an orthopedic residency at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center.
