Cheryl A. Comai has been appointed executive director of development at Roger Williams University. She will oversee all fund-raising activities, including major, planned and annual giving, corporate and foundation relations, and all development support programs. She will also help plan and implement new development programs in support of the university. She previously was director of development at WRNI-AM, Rhode Island’s National Public Radio Station, and assistant vice president, corporate/foundation relations at Rhode Island School of Design. Comai has also held various fund-raising positions at Bryant College. She graduated from Our Lady of the Elms College in Chicopee, Massachusetts with a bachelor’s degree and earned her master of business administration at the University of Rhode Island.
