Elizabeth M. Blaicher was promoted to senior vice president/ cash management operations at Citizens Bank. She has been with the bank since 2000, when she joined the technology resource management group as a senior project manager. Blaicher is a graduate of Boston University’s school of management. A resident of Medfield, Mass., Blaicher is an active member of Saint Dunstan’s Episcopal Church.
