Ellen Ford has been promoted to president and chief executive officer of People’s Credit Union. Ford began her career with People’s in 1982 and most recently was chief financial officer. A Middletown resident, Ford has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Rhode Island, and is a graduate of the CUNA Financial Management School. She is the Sunday school superintendent at St. Peter’s Lutheran Church in Middletown.
