Leo D. Mara, Jr. has been named building services superintendent at the Providence
Journal Company. His responsibilities will include supervision of all aspects
of the newspaper’s building services, maintenance and HVAC (heating, ventilation
and air conditioning) departments. Mara has been with the Providence Journal Company
since 1988, previously serving as the newspaper’s HVAC department supervisor.
He is a member of the Association of Facilities Engineers.
