Jeffrey Whynall has been named vice president and general manager of the biosystems division at Bacou USA, Inc. of Smithfield. He joined Bacou’s biosystems in 1985 and has been head of the engineering department since 1988. He previously served as vice president engineering of biosystems at Bacou for four years. Whynall holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of New Hampshire and a master’s degree in electrical engineering from Renssalaer Polytechnic Institute. He resides in Killingworth, Connecticut with his wife and two children.
