Eric Bloom has been named vice president and general manager for Comcast Spotlight, the advertising sales division of Comcast Cable. In the role, he will be responsible for local, regional, and national advertising sales and operations in the Hartford/New Haven and Providence television markets. Bloom has a B.A. in business administration from Adelphi University.
