Eric Offenberg, vice president of engineering services, has been named partner
for Northeast Engineers & Consultants Inc. in Middletown. He coordinates
and oversees all engineering operations for the firm. Offenberg specializes
in large-scale commercial and residential developments, civil engineering, permitting,
land use and planning. He has earned accreditation as a Registered Professional
Engineer within the State of Rhode Island. Offenberg earned a bachelor’s degree
from the University of Rhode Island.
