Erin Genis has been named vice president/manager of reporting and analysis in human resources at Providence-based Citizens Bank. She joined Citizens in July from Concord Communications in Marlboro, Mass., where she was systems manager. Genis has a bachelor’s degree in finance from Anna Maria College in Paxton, Mass. She lives in Sutton, Mass.
