R. Andrew Hartnett, Jr. has been appointed senior retirement plan consultant at
The Angell Pension Group, Inc. of East Providence. He joined the firm in 1994
and most recently attained the designation of certified pension consultant from
the American Society of Pension Actuaries. He also holds ASPA designations of
qualified pension administrator and qualified 401(k) administrator. Hartnett is
a two-time winner of ASPA’s Martin Rosenberg Academic Achievement Award. He is
a graduate of Boston College with a bachelor of arts degree in mathematics and
economics. He is a resident of Cumberland.
