PBN: What made you decide to strike out on your own?
GROSSI:
I decided to strike it out on my own in March of this year after being a second-line manager with other companies, and I was looking for the opportunity to better serve my clients and also the opportunity to build a TEAM of financial professionals that will be the premier Financial Services Institution in southern New England with Rhode Island and Connecticut. The decision was a difficult one but the choice was made easier by going with One America and their financial stability. Also, the opportunity to become a managing director and general agent in the financial service and insurance industry has been a goal since I came in to the financial services industry.
