Frederick Stevenson Jr., president for the Realtor association and broker-associate at Re/Max Professionals in Newport, has been selected by the Newport County Board of Realtors as 2004 realtor of the year. He has been a member of the Newport County Board of Realtors for more than 15 years. Stevenson holds the accredited buyer representative, the certified residential specialist, and the graduate realtors institute designations. He and his wife live in Portsmouth.
