Gail A. Marsigliano has been named assistant vice president of Starkweather & Shepley in East Providence. She has been an account manager for the company since 1996. In her new role, Marsigliano is responsible for risk management of personal insurance accounts and functions as coordinator of personal lines automation. She is a member of the Northeast AMS Rating Subcommittee and lives in Cranston.
