Gary Friedmann has been appointed vice president and portfolio manager for the investment management group at Rockland Trust. He most recently served as director of investments at Washington Trust Investors. Friedmann received a B.S. in business administration from the State University of New York at Albany. He holds both the Chartered Financial Analyst and Certified Financial Planner designations. •
