Gregory Foy has been appointed senior vice president and senior managing director of Citizens Capital. He is responsible for the management of existing portfolios of direct investments and fund investments, specializing in telecom and information technology. Foy joins Citizens from FleetBoston Financial and is a 1981 graduate of the Boston College School of Management. He lives in Brookline, Mass. with his family.
