Gregory Skoutas, vice president at NewportFed, has been awarded the certified commercial investment member designation, which is awarded to commercial real estate professionals upon completion of graduate-level curriculum and attainment of a level of qualifying experience. Skoutas is a member of the Newport Advisory Council and affiliate member of the R.I. Commercial and Appraisal Board of Realtors. He lives in Pawtucket.
