WEST GREENWICH, R.I. — At its annual shareholders meeting Monday, lottery services corporation GTECH Holdings elected two new board members, re-elected another, and announced the retirement of a fourth.
GTECH’s CEO and President Howard S. Cohen, and Philip R. Lochner, Jr., an independent consultant and adjunct faculty member at Columbia University Law School, were elected to the board, while Robert M. Dewey, Jr., a member of the board since July 1995, was re-elected.

Also at the meeting, Cohen emphasized GTECH would continue to focus on its core lottery business, although it would look to strengthen that business by leveraging its information technology capabilities.
