Hans Paal Bunaes has been named senior vice president/director of enterprise technical services of Citizens Services Group at Providence-based Citizens Bank. He joined the bank in May from Washington Mutual in Seattle, where he was vice president. Bunaes has a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and computer science from Trinity College in Hartford, Conn., and a master’s degree in management information systems from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Cambridge, Mass. He lives in Middletown.
