Harold M. Horvat has been named chief operating officer of Mansfield Bank. Horvat will oversee all operations, retail banking and marketing functions, in addition to his responsibilities for all lending activities. Most recently he served as first senior vice president and executive vice president. He has a B.S. from the University of Rhode Island and an MBA from Bryant University. •
