Donald M. Muir has been appointed to the board of directors at Sargent Rehabilitation Center of Warwick. He is the vice president of finance, chief financial officer at American Power Conversion Corporation in West Kingston, where he is responsible for managing all finance, accounting, treasury, tax, legal and investor relations activities. Muir holds a bachelor of business administration in finance degree from Boston University. He resides in Jamestown.
