Francis Cummings, a medical oncologist at Roger Williams Medical Center, has been named one of the top doctors in the country by Redbook magazine. The segment in the October issue of Redbook focused on breast cancer. In addition to seeing patients at University Medical Group, he teaches medical students, residents and fellows and conducts clinical trial research on new cancer treatments. He is an attending hematologist/oncologist at Roger Williams, an associate professor of medicine at Boston University School of Medicine, and an adjunct associate professor of medicine at Brown University.
